Jewish Sauce 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c Tomato puree
1/4 c Oil
1 Packet sweetener
5 t Soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 t Lemon pepper
100 g Onion, chopped
1/2 c Dry white wine

INSTRUCTIONS

with Weigh-Less "  Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken
pieces.  Marinate  chicken overnight.  Cook in the marinade for 15
minutes, then cook  over the coals. Baste regularly.  Although this
recipe is for a barbeque, I have often used it for a  chicken
casserole, adding extra vegetables and cooking at 180C (350  F) for
