3 tb Chinese oyster sauce
2 tb Honey
2 tb Crystalized ginger
1 Clove of garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate overnight.  Cook flank steak 8 minutes on each side. Med-low
grill.  Cut like roast beef.
