5 T Red wine vinegar
5 t White horseradish
2 1/2 t Garlic powder
2 1/2 t Dried basil
1 1/4 t Salt
3/4 t Ground red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix and pour over fish. Cover in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Use  also
