INGREDIENTS

4 Catfish fillets
Melted butter; or margarine —lemon marinade—–
1/2 c Lemon juice
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Chopped onion
1 ts Salt substitute; (mrs. dash)
1 ts Tabasco sauce –italian marinade—–
1 c Italian dressing; (regular o
2 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt –wine marinade—-
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
1 Lemon; thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients from one of the recipes.  Marinate fillets 1-2 hours
turning occasionally.
Broil fillets until fish flakes easily with a fork.  Baste with marinade
and/or melted margarine.
Broil 6-8" from heat for 5 minutes.
