INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Vegetable oil
1 c Sugar
1 c Cider vinegar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Celery seed
3/4 ts Turmeric; (optional)
1 lg Head cabbage; chopped
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 lg Bell pepper; chopped
1 Carrots; shredded, up to 2

INSTRUCTIONS

This is great and keeps weeks (if it lasts that long).
In a saucepan, mix first 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil and pour over
remaining ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 day.
Serving Suggestions
Good with any fried foods & BBQ.
