INSTRUCTIONS
Place cucumbers in a large shallow dish. Combine onions, vinegar, cayenne
pepper, garlic powder, black pepper and dried basil in a small bowl. Mix
well. Pour over cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve on
lettuce leaves.
