INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
My notes: I put it in a plastic container that had a tight cover... every
so often I turned the container over to make sure all the cucumber slices
got their share of marinade.
Also, instead of brown sugar, this recipe originally called for 1/4 cup of
"Domino's Brownulated Brown Sugar." It is a specialty brown sugar that
pours like and has the texture of granulated sugar. That might not be
easily found by most, and I didn't have any, so I used 1/4 cup of regular
brown sugar, packed it, but since it is probably denser than the other, I
removed a good teaspoon of it. The results were great!
