INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Jar (8-oz) green olives; drained | |
| 1/4 | c | Vinegar |
| 2 | tb | Dried chives |
| 1/4 | c | (good quality) olive oil |
| 1 | Clove garlic; mashed | |
| 1/4 | ts | Whole peppercorns |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty plastic bag. Put bag of olives in a bowl in case of drips, and turn over from time to time. Let marinate at room temperature for 1 to 3 days.
