INSTRUCTIONS
Place cheese in a single layer in a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan. In a small
bowl, whisk next 6 ingredients. Pour oil mixture over cheese. Cover and
refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend, turning slices
occasionally. Arrange on a serving plate; garnish with fresh basil. Serve
with bagel chips or crackers. Yield: About 3 dozen cheese squares Typed in
