Appetizer 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Whole mushrooms
1/4 c Vinegar
2 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Oregano
1 ds Pepper
1 tb Chopped parsley
1 Clove (small) garlic; halved

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil mushrooms in salted water 5-10 minutes. Drain well. Set aside. Mix
remaining ingredients. Pour over mushrooms & refrigerate 1 to 2 days before
serving. Before serving, drain mushrooms & serve cool or at room
temperature.
