INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Dry sherry
2 Cloves garlic; minced
2 tb Dry mustard
1 ts Ginger
1 ts Thyme (up to)
5 lb Pork roast

INSTRUCTIONS

Make marinade of all ingredients except pork. Add pork, cover and
refrigerate overnight. Remove meat and bake in roasting pan uncovered at
325 for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, basting occasionally during the last hour with
marinade.
