INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 1/2 t Dijon mustard
1 t Sugar
1 t Chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 lb New potatoes, cooked and
cubed
1 c Fresh mushrooms
1/3 c Celery, chopped
1/4 c Green onion, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In large shallow dish combine oil, lemon juice, sugar, bouillon, and
mix well. Add potatoes, mushrooms, celery and green onions. Cover and
marinate 3 hours or overnight stirring occasionally. Posted to
