INGREDIENTS

3 lb Cooked shrimp
3 sm Red onions
1 1/2 c Salad oil
3/4 c White or wine vinegar
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Pepper
2 tb Sugar
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 ts Celery salt

INSTRUCTIONS

MARINADE
Combine marinade ingredients; slice onions into thin rings; alternate
layers of shrimp & onions & pour marinade over all. Cover & refrigerate 24
hours prior to serving. Remove shrimp & onions from marinade at serving
time.
TIME INCLUDES MARINATE
