INGREDIENTS

1/2 Lime, juiced
1/3 c Balsamic vinegar
1 t Chopped shallots
1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 c Vegetable oil
3 T Toasted pine nuts
1 Red bell pepper
roasted peeled & diced
1/2 T Marjoram

INSTRUCTIONS

Strain the lime juice into a large mixing bowl with the vinegar. Add
shallots and slowly whisk in both oils. Add remaining ingredients and
allow the herb to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.  Source:
