INSTRUCTIONS
Gently mix crab with cracker crumbs. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise,
mustard, egg, parsley and Lea & Perrins. Blend this mixture with meat. Make
patties about 3 inches across. Saut. in butter for about 3 to 5 minutes on
each side. Yield: 4 servings.
