INSTRUCTIONS
* NO substitutes! ** Fresh lemon juice can be substituted for fresh lime
juice. Grease an 11" x 14" pan. Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 2 cups
flour. With a pastry blender, cut in the cold butter until the mixture has
the consistency of small peas. Press this mixture into the bottom and
slightly up the sides of the pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes,
or until lightly browned. In a medium sized bowl beat the eggs slightly.
Add sugar and lime juice mixing well. Fold in the 4 tablespoons of flour
and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, that have been mixed together. Gently pour
mixture onto the baked crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and while still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar. When
cool, cut into 36 onolicious bars!
