Dried potato flakes |

Salt and pepper, to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, and add diced red potatoes. Boil for
approximately 15 minutes, until tender. Drain. In a mixing bowl, mix
potatoes and butter with a hand mixer, and gradually add the cream
until the desired consistency is reached. Add more cream to thin, and
add more potato flakes to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Recipe
