INSTRUCTIONS
Boil water and sugar until dissolved. Add wine. Pour into a deep pan. Cool,
then freeze. Just before serving, scrape with scoop and serve in a compote
or in glasses with sugared rims. You may substitute homemade muscadine or
berry wines. So good at a formal meal, either before or with meat course.
Yield: Approximately 1 quart.
