INSTRUCTIONS
Here's a recipe for matzoh-wine rolls from __The Passover Gourmet__ by
Nira Rousso. I don't know whether this no-bake cookie is what you are
looking for; but it looked interesting. Note: It is assumed that all
ingredients will be kosher for Passover (including the wine, milk,
brandy, chocolate, etc.) Crumble the matzoh and soak in the wine. Melt
the chocolate with the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, brandy and coffee
over very low heat. Remove from heat and add the margarine. Stir until
melted. Add the matzoh to the chocolate mixture. Divide the mixture in
two halves..Shape each half into a long roll and wrap tightly in
aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight, remove the aluminum foil and
slice. Place in paper petit four cups and serve. FROM: NANCY BERRY
