INSTRUCTIONS
Here's an excellent yet simple sauce that I learned from a flatmate from
Mauritius. When I saw how he made it, I immediately applied Yankee
ingenuity and improved upon it. I'm thinking lime juice would be a nice
addition.
Using a tea cup or shot glass, crush the garlic & chile to a fine paste.
Mix well with the water & salt. It's good over oriental noodles or in a
stir-fry, and mixed with plain yogurt, makes a really interesting salad
