INSTRUCTIONS
Beat together at high speed in electric mixer the egg, dry mustard, salt,
sugar, peppers & paprika. Add the cold oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating
thoroughly after each addition, until 1/2 cup of the oil has been added &
the mixture has thickened. Then add the remaining oil in larger quantities.
Last, add the lemon juice & beat well. Makes 2 cups.
