Eggs Dressing 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg
1 t Salt
1/2 t Prepared mustard
1/2 T Sugar
1 up to
1 1/4 c Salad oil
2 T Lemon juice or vinegar
1 T Hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat egg well. Add seasonings; then beat well. Add 1/4 cup oil; beat
until thick. Add the rest a little at a time. Last of all add the
water. It can also be made using only the yolk.  From <A Taste of
