MILK, NONFAT, DRY........STIR LIGHTLY WITH A FORK OR SPOON.  PLACE

SPICES...............STIR LIGHTLY WITH A FORK OR SPOON.  DIP DRY

WITH STRAIGHT EDGE OF KNIFE. SOLID FATS...............PRESS FAT  FIRMLY
