INSTRUCTIONS
SAUCE
These recipes are from The Worlds Oldest Health Plan (Biblical health plan)
by Kathleen O'Bannon Baldinger. Linda B in IL
Saute chopped onion, garlic, celery and mushrooms until onions are
transparent. In a large bowl mash mustard powder, parsley, bread crumbs,
tofu, meat, soy sauce, oregano, basil, Worcestershire & cayenne; Add onion
mix. Lightly oil loaf pan. Spoon in meat mixture and smooth top. Bake at
350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. For the sauce, mix all in saucepan and heat
over med/high heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
