INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients, shape into oval loaf. Place in
shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam or lightly oiled. Bake 50 minutes and
transfer to heated platter. For a frosted meat loaf, spread top of meat
loaf ( while on platter) with creamy seasoned mashed potatoes and broil
just until slightly brown.
A slightly altered recipe of Pat and my mom's. We grew up with meat loaf!!!
