INGREDIENTS

2/3 c Bread crumbs (three slices of bread)
1 c Milk
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
2 Eggs
1/4 c Grated onion
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Sage (can be omitted)
1 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix well and bake for 1 hour at 350. Serves 8 generously. I usually put
this in a loaf pan. I often double the recipe, just so I will have some
left over for sandwiches the next day. You can use egg substitute for the
eggs. I always use ground sirloin or chuck.
