Name: Meat Loaf with Cranberry Sauce Glaze
Ingredients: 1 Egg; 1/2 c Milk; 1 lb Ground beef; 1/2 lb Hot pork sausage; 1/3 c Quick cooking oats; 1 Onion chopped; 1/2 ts Salt; 1/4 ts Pepper; 1 sm Bell pepper, chopped; 1/2 c Ketchup; 1 cn (lg.) whole berry cranberry sauce; 1/2 c Brown sugar; 1 tb Lemon juice

INGREDIENTS

1		Egg
1/2	c	Milk
1	lb	Ground beef
1/2	lb	Hot pork sausage
1/3	c	Quick cooking oats

1/2	c	Ketchup
1	cn	(lg.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2	c	Brown sugar
1	tb	Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

GLAZE
Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9
x 13 inch loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes. Remove loaf and skim off fat.
