INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg Mince
1 Onion
Some parsley
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
1 Egg
2 sl Bread; (day old)
Some olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredience with your fingers, wet the bread and wring it. Drop
it into the mince tn little pieces. Then , with your hands, roll the mince
into meatballs. You can either, fry them or bake them in the oven until
red/brown.
