INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 1:00.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 4 ingredients and salt to taste in a
bowl. Add remaining ingredients and knead with hands until mixed. Transfer
to a loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160°F when
inserted in center of loaf. Discard excess fat; slice and serve.
