Ingredients: 1 sm Baguette; cut into eight 1cm; ; ( 1/2 ") slices and; ; toasted; Waitrose Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 1/2 Clove garlic; 125 g Waitrose Mixed Antipasti; (4 1/2oz); 75 g Feta cheese; (2 3/4oz)

INSTRUCTIONS

Brush each slice of toast with a little olive oil and rub lightly with the
garlic. Roughly chop the antipasti, crumble the feta and mix together.
Divide between the slices of bread and serve.
