Preparation Instructions: Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 6 minutes
In a Dutch oven or large kettle combine zucchini, sweet peppers, broccoli,
broth, garlic, basil or oregano, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes or till crisp-tender, stirring
occasionally. Stir in tomatoes.
