Hi I'm Rayna from Tauranga, New Zealand - where it's summertime; This
recipe makes 3 dozen cookies, takes 15 minutes to put together - chills for
one hour in the fridge before slicing, can be prepared ahead and dough
freezes well.
Combine ingredients together. (At first, it will be pie crust consistency)
Roll into one large roll. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Slice 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 350 (or 180) degrees for 10 minutes. Watch carefully so they don't
burn.
