INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add salt and beat again. Beat in sugar
gradually; add grated rind. When well mixed, spoon into a pastry bag with a
star-shaped tip. Squeeze out onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake
in a slow oven (250 F.) about 45 mins, or until dry and a little golden.
The yield will depend on size of cookie.
NOTES : These delicate tiny "cookies" are very popular in Czechoslovakia.
They may be made in various sizes.
