INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Onion
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 T Mexene Chili Powder
1 T Flour
1 t Salt
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/2 t Sugar
1 Tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic.  Drain excess fat. Stir in
remaining ingredients.  Mix well.  Cover and simmer 30 minutes.  From
