INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground meat
1 Onion chopped
Garlic chopped
1 cn Corn
1 cn Kidney beans or ranch style beans
1 cn Tomato sauce
1 Box jiffy cornbread mix
1 c Grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

mix vegies with ground meat. season meat with salt and pepper and a little
red pepper. Brown ground meat, drain. Add corn, tomato sauce and beans. Mix
well and put in casserole dish. Make cornbread mix according to directions,
add cheese to cornbread mix, and pour over meat mixture. Bake according to
package directions till golden. You can also add more cheese, or add hot
peppers.
