Meats Mexican Salad 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Onion; chopped
4 Tomatoes; chopped
1 Head lettuce; torn into bite-size pieces
4 oz Grated sharp Cheddar
8 oz Thousand Island dressing
Hot sauce (canned taco sauce is suitable)
1 pk Taco-flavored tortilla chips; small
1 lg Avacado; sliced
1 lb Ground beef; browned
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss onion, tomatoes & lettuce with dressing & hot sauce. Crumble & add
chips, cheese, avacado, meat & salt. Mix well. Amount of hot sauce depends
on individual tastes.
