INGREDIENTS

| 3/4 | c | Sweet milk |

| 1 | Jar (small) chopped pimentos | |
| 1/2 | c | Cream style corn |
| 1 | lg | Onion; chopped fine |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 6 | sl | Bacon; fried crisp and crumble fine |
| 2 | Pods grated hot peppers |
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done. NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-1/2 corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-1/2 cups or boxes! Assume that is should be cups(?).
