INGREDIENTS

1 c Tortilla chips — crushed
2 c Rice — cooked
1 c Kidney beans — drained
1 1/2 lb Fillets — cut into 1"
Strips
1 c Salsa
1/2 c Monterey Jack cheese —
Shredded
1/2 c Onions — chopped
3 oz Tortilla chips — for
Serving

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven at 400.  Prepare a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Using half the ingredients at a time, make alternate layers of crushed
tortilla chips, rice, beans, fish strips, salsa, cheese, and onion.  Bake
for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
