INGREDIENTS
| 8 | oz | Cheddar cheese – grated |
| 8 | oz | Brick or Muenster cheese – grated |
| 1 | md | Jalapeno pepper – grated; (remember to wear rubber gloves) |
| 1/2 | c | Canned chopped green mild chili's |
| 3 | lg | Eggs – well beaten |
| 3/4 | c | Whipping cream |
| 1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
| 1/2 | ts | Crushed red pepper |
| 1 | pn | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
A B Combine these "A" ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine these "B" ingredients and pour over cheese mixture and blend well. Pour into buttered nine inch glass pie dish.
