INSTRUCTIONS
In large heavy skillet cook and stir sausage, onion, and garlic until meat
is brown and onion is tender. Drain off excess fat and stir in remaining
ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes until noodles are tender. Garnish

cumin powder. I would probably add more chili powder also and omit the
salt. Or instead of the stewed tomatoes use two cans of Rotel)
