Name: Mexican Pizza
Ingredients: 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese; shredded (2 cups); 1 c Sliced Chorizo sausage; 1 Plum tomato; sliced; 3 tb Chopped green chilies; 2 Green onions; sliced; 1/2 c Sliced black olives; 1 ts TABASCO pepper sauce

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare dough as directed for pizza. Sprinkle crust with 1/2 of cheese,
sausage, tomatoes, chilies, green onions, olives, TABASCO sauce and
remaining cheese. Bake as directed.
