Hot chili pepper; to taste (1/2 to 1) |

Clove garlic; pressed or minced |
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry all ingredients, except potatoes, together for 5 minutes or until they
are clear and tender. You may add oil or butter to your taste. Add
potatoes, fry until heated through. Garnish with shredded cheese.
