Mexican rolls; toast or hominy |
INSTRUCTIONS
Start with onions....as many as you like. Chop & saute onions in butter or
bacon fat. Add ground beef & spices to taste. Cook until meat is done. Add
chiles, tomatoes & cheese & cook until cheese melts & mixture thickens.
Serve on toast, rolls or hominy. The hominy may be added along with the
chiles & tomatoes.
