INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Yellow cornmeal
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Salad oil
1 c Cream style corn
3 Chopped Jalapeno chiles
3 ts Baking powder
2 Eggs
1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat together eggs, salad oil & sour cream. Add other ingredients except
cheese. Pour half batter in pan, add layer of cheese, then pour remaining
batter over cheese. Put rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
