INGREDIENTS
| 4 | Pineapple rings, chop fine | |

| 1 | c | Heavy cream, whipped stiff |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine pineapple, bananas, apple, and orange. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, rind, water and bring to a boil. Using a small amount of the juice mixture, make the cornstarch into a paste.
