INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Jiffy cake mix | |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 6 | T | Instant pudding mix |
| 1/4 | c | Margarine, softened |
| 1/2 | c | Water |
| 1 | t | Vanilla, optional |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat 3 minutes by mixer or 300 strokes by hand. Pour into a lightly greased 8" round glass cake pan or micro cake pan. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
