INGREDIENTS

1 c Brown sugar
1/4 c White corn syrup
1 Stick butter
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Peanuts (optional)
3 qt Popped, unsalted popcorn

INSTRUCTIONS

Micro sugar, syrup and butter on High for 2 minutes. Stir. Micro 3 to 4
minutes more on High. Let cook 1 minute. Add vanilla and baking soda; mix
about 1 minute. Put popped corn into a large grocery bag that has been
sprayed well with Pam. Pour caramel mixture over top; close bag and shake.
Cook in micro 1-1/2 minutes on High. Shake again. Back in micro for 1-1/2
minutes on High. Shake again. Micro for 1/2 minute on High. Shake. Micro
again for 1/2 minute on High. Pour out on a cookie sheet. Let cool. (will
seem soggy when you first pour it out but will crisp upon cooling). There
are four micro cooking sessions...this is not a repeat error. Posted to TNT
