INSTRUCTIONS
Precook vegetables according to package directions. Brown onion and
margarine in 2 quart microwave bowl with cover. Cook on high for 3 to 4
minutes. Shake milk and flour together to make paste. Add to onion mixture.
Slowly add 1 can chicken broth. Add precooked vegetables to liquid mixture.
Add celery salt and pepper. Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes, then on medium-low
for 15 minutes (covered). Add 1/3 pound cubed cheese and stir. Cover
tightly until cheese melts (or heat on low for 1 minute). Stir and serve.
