In 1-1/2 quart glass loaf pan, combine beef, milk egg, soup mix,
Worcestershire and bread crumbs; mix well. It will be moist; press evenly
in pan.
Combine brown sugar, mustard and ketcup and spoon over top. Cook covered
with wax paper 10 minutes or until done. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
