INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Fresh parsley
1/2 c Fresh coriander
3 Cloves of garlic
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 ts Salt
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Ground cumin
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
3 tb Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

In food processor or blender, blend parsley, fresh coriander and garlic
until finely chopped.  Blend in lemon juice, salt, paprika, cumin and
cayenne.  Add olive oil; process until incorporated.   Taste; adjust
